Our Team
A Commitment to Excellence
At The Wonder Years, our strength lies in our dedicated, experienced educators who treat every child with warmth, patience, and genuine care. Led by our founder George Mathew—a software professional turned passionate educator—our team brings over 50 years of combined expertise in early childhood development. Each team member is trained, certified, and committed to understanding every child’s unique personality and learning style.
From our principal to our classroom teachers, we work as a family, collaborating daily to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and grow. We believe that great teaching begins with listening, observing, and truly knowing each child—and that’s exactly what our team does every single day.
